On December 23rd at 10.16 am GMT, the Sun and the Moon (at its closest point to Earth) will be conjunct at 1° of Capricorn creating a significant Super New Moon.

The year has been under the influence of a strong square between Saturn in Aquarius and Uranus in Taurus that highlighted areas of friction between the old way of doing things, the search for control and stability (Saturn) and the new way of doing, experiencing life, the rebel touch, the revolutionary one (Uranus). As the end of 2022 is approaching, this disharmonious aspect is easing up and we’ll be able to breathe some fresh air and have new perspectives as we jump into 2023!

The Super New Moon has a strong emphasis on new beginnings as it the second of a total of 5 new moons in a row that are at 1° of their sign.
