Or how to prepare for Spring!

In the Northern hemisphere, between February 1st and February 3rd, pagans, wiccans and witches celebrate Imbolc. It is the midway point between the Winter Solstice and the Spring Equinox.

As it’s still cold and wintery outside, this celebration is quite internal and personal. It represents the end of a long introspection and the will to start life again. It’s a perfect time to think about the projects you want to see blossoming. A positive outlook, faith that light is coming to us and that infinite possibilities are all around can generate incredible momentum!

What do you want to implement into your life? What are your next steps? Imbolc enables us to reflect on these questions and to make space for all the good energy that will come to us in Spring. To honor this special day, here are a few simple ideas!

  • Clean your space deeply (windows, top of the shelves…) and declutter (clothes, objects…)
  • Smudge your house with white sage, palo santo or incense
  • Write your next 3 goals and break them down into achievable steps
  • Try a guided meditation to bring positivity and light into your life
  • Use divination tools to get clarity about a topic
  • Practice gratitude for all the wonderful things that are entering your life

All the flowers of the tomorrows are in the seeds of today.
