Every year during Leo season a massive energetic portal opens up and reaches its highest frequency on August 8th.
This is the time when the Sun is in the middle of the constellation of Leo (more or less around 15/16°) and when the bright star Sirius, (considered by ancient civilizations as the Sun of our Sun) rises on the horizon.
This portal is a spiritual and energetic gateway that helps us realign with our soul purpose, reconnect our mind to our heart and readjust anything wobbly so we can manifest what’s best for us. The frequency or energy field is very intense during this time and any spiritual practice is recommended. There’s a strong emphasis on the heart chakra (Leo’s vibes!) but also on the crown chakra (spiritual downloads are likely to happen if you’re ready!). This celestial event is all about our heart and soul, it contains powerful light codes that can help us dig deep into what our purpose on Earth is.
Manifestation skills are also enhanced during the Lion’s gate portal as Sirius often shares the qualities of Jupiter, the great benefic, the planet of luck, expansion and optimism. Now is a perfect time to reflect on our goals, dreams and wishes and to get inspired. Meditation and creative writing are very helpful tools for us to co-create with Spirit and work with the Universal Laws.
I hope this wonderful energy helps everyone elevate and vibrate at a pure frequency 🤍🪄

On August 1st, 2023 at 18:31 GMT, the Moon at 9° of Aquarius will be opposing the Sun at 9° of Leo giving us a creative and visionary Super Full Moon in Aquarius.
A Super Full Moon highlights what we must see, feel or think about whether we want it or not. There’s always an idea of truth or authenticity associated with a Full Moon. Aquarius is the sign of the collective, humanity, evolution and rebellion. The higher mind and higher consciousness, the need to see the big picture and to think unconventionally are all part of this Full Moon. Where are we heading to collectively? What could help us go further and evolve? What do we like or dislike in our current society and what changes could we implement to improve the system we live in?
The Sun in Leo is an essential player in this lunation. It represents the heart energy, the heart space and the ego. How do I feel among people? How can I contribute to society as an individual? Where could I bring more love and compassion? When chaos or fear are surrounding us, we must always reconnect to our heart, the place where the truth lives.
With many planets in earth signs, the energy of grounding is strong. The chart of this Full Moon feels quite electric and eclectic and even though it fits Aquarius energy pretty well, it also brings frenzy and disruptive energy to our reality. This is why grounding and slowing down are so necessary with this Super Full Moon. A trine between Jupiter in Taurus and Mars in Virgo reminds us to stay optimistic and to have faith: a good organisation before taking action creates lucky opportunities and paves the way towards a better future.
Doubts could appear during this lunation as Mercury in Virgo opposes Saturn in Pisces. This aspect creates mental exhaustion, brainfog and self-doubt. That’s why, once again, we need to go back to the heart (Leo) and to have healthy anchor points (Earth signs) in our daily life.
Realities are shifting, energies are expanding and spiritual downloads are quite possible with this Super Full Moon and the Lion’s gate portal!
Where in your life are these energies playing out? Check out your Sun, Moon and Ascendant signs for better insight!
Aries: collective energies, social circles, hopes and dreams, future
Taurus: status and career, how people see you, what you bring to the world as a professional
Gemini: higher learning, philosophy and beliefs, long distance travels, foreign cultures
Cancer: shared resources and finances, intimacy and sexuality, new beginnings and endings
Leo: relationships, partnerships, contracts and agreements, equality, marriages and divorces
On July 17th, the North Node of the Moon associated with destiny, momentum and hunger for life is moving from steady Taurus to bold Aries and the South Lunar Node, related to deep inner work and karmic release is shifting from profound and introspective Scorpio to diplomatic and balanced Libra.
This change will impact the world at large, inviting the collective to use the tools of the star signs Aries to improve as people and nations but also to release what is no longer serving us (all the toxic traits that belong to the Libra archetype). The Lunar Nodes entering new signs is also an individual process: the Aries and Libra houses in every person’s chart will be impacted for the next 18 months, offering you opportunities to evolve and transform into a more complete person.
This shift happens on two very significant levels. Firstly, the Nodes are moving from fixed signs to cardinal signs. It means that the energy is flowing from endurance, stability and perseverance to initiating fresh beginnings. The energy is strong, clear and goal-oriented. There’s a will to move forward, in direct motion and to start something. Secondly, the Nodes are moving from an Earth/Water axis, with an emphasis on feminine or yin energy (grounding of the physical body, fertility of the land, emotions and deep introspective work) to a Fire/Air axis, very masculine or yang, associated with passion, drive, what lights up the soul and the mind, logic and reasoning.
For the next 18 months, the Universe is inviting us to work on ourselves, our identity and personal needs and to learn how to balance our own individuality with the mechanisms of a group or a relationship. What do we want to start and build for this coming year and a half? What kind of personal or work project seem fun or interesting enough to dive in? Where in our personal relationships could we benefit from more bravery and boldness? Which tools can we use to release toxic patterns such as people pleasing or avoidance? What choices do we need to make in order to grow on a personal and intimate level?
These questions can find answers throughout this transit and it’s important to remember that we don’t need to rush. Let’s focus on Aries positive sides!
Or how to balance emotional comfort and deep introspection!

On July 17th, at 18:31 GMT, the Moon and the Sun both at 24° of Cancer offering us a very profound and challenging New Moon in Cancer. New Moons represent a wonderful opportunity to start a project, work with intentions and goals. This one, however, requires us to readjust, reflect deeply and strategize more than usual.
The Moon feels at home in the sign of the crab and encompasses the notions of comfort, emotional well being, nurturing of the soul and a cocoon-like atmosphere. A new Moon in Cancer is usually a great time to refocus on how you feel at home, in your surroundings and with people that are close to you. This is still very true for this particular lunation but this reconnection needs to happen after a deep (and perhaps painful) introspection.
The Moon and the Sun are opposite Pluto in Capricorn and this aspect creates some tension between our need to shift, transform and evolve at a soul level and the difficulty to step out of a nurturing and safe comfort zone. The Lunar Nodes change signs (from the Taurus/Scorpio axis to the Aries/Libra axis) the same day as the New Moon occurs and create a square to the Moon. This aspect is challenging us to learn from our past relationships and coping mechanisms (avoiding conflict, people pleasing, codependency…) in order to move forward with a healthy sense of boundaries and enough maturity to confront people or walk away from them if needed. Chiron in Aries is also forming a square to the Moon, asking us to work on our deep rooted fears about self-worth and our individual place in the world at large. This aspect can be quite intense and might push us to take action on the road of recovery and to look for means to heal deep-seated traumas.
On the other hand, a beautiful trine between Neptune and the Moon offers us sensitivity and spirituality: both ingredients will help us look at the bigger picture and find meaning in daily matters of the heart. An interesting sextile between the Moon and Uranus brings progress and liberation from usual and alienating inner patterns to evolve and embrace our cosmic and everflowing emotional nature.

On July 3rd 2023, at 11.38 GMT, the Moon at 11° of Capricorn will be opposing the Sun at 11° of Cancer giving us a very intuitive yet pragmatic Super Full Moon.
A Full Moon always implies strong emotions and intensity and is often associated with recklessness and impatience. This one hits differently, the Sun in Cancer is all about facing and nurturing our emotional side and the Moon in Capricorn feels like acknowledging our inner wisdom and receiving insight in solitude. This is a very perceptive Full Moon that invites us to reflect on our needs (both practical and emotional) but also to take inspired action towards our goals. Capricorn represents both the end of the year and the Winter Solstice but also the beginning of the calendar year (and its resolutions). The sea goat and timing are intrinsically linked and as scary as it seems, it’s also very valuable: time is a powerful ally in our quest to achieve our dreams and it can help us improve gradually.
Saturn, the ruler of this Full Moon is moving through the sign of Pisces and infuses this lunation with mysticism, spirituality and imagination. What we can see in our mind and believe with our soul is what we can manifest. Different realities and paradigms are shifting and yet we need a good dose of pragmatism to navigate these tides gracefully and not lose ourselves.
This Full Moon is well aspected, there’s a trine with expansive and lucky Jupiter (and it’s giving miracles vibes and optimism boost) and a sextile with Saturn which brings support and structure. Some elements are still a work in progress, especially with Chiron in Aries in the equation: we still have room to grow and improve the way we deal with frustration and delays.

On June 18th, at 04:36 GMT, the Sun and the Moon, both at 26° of Gemini will form a mystical and foggy New Moon. This New Moon in Gemini is the 3rd New Moon of Spring season (in the Northern Hemisphere) and this is called a Black Moon. A black moon is totally invisible and usually represents a period of incubation and retreat in order to make the best decision possible. The impossibility to see the Moon is also associated with the very idea of not having clarity of thought or a clear understanding of our reality/situations/environment…
This is particularly intense with the Moon being in Gemini because a foggy brain and a lack of clarity go against many of the zodiac Twins qualities: flowy communication and information, adaptable mind and intellect, clear and always on target wit… and the list goes on!
Unlike usual New Moons, this lunation won’t work well with intention setting and we must wait for clarity and discernment before writing down anything we want to manifest. Vague and ambiguous desires won’t be accepted. The Sun and the Moon are both forming a square to Neptune in Pisces and this adds even more fog and uncertainty to the mix. Illusions, deceit, white lies and tricky conversations are on the menu and this is not appealing to our Jack-of-all-trades and master communicator Gemini. The tense aspect between Neptune, the Sun and the Moon is asking us to let go of mental activity (it’s going nowhere, too scattered and all over the place) and to focus on our intuitive side. Not always easy, huh? But so essential nonetheless. If we can reconnect to our natural instinct or gut feeling, we’ll be able to blend our intuitive heart with our logical mind and get the best of both worlds.
This New Moon is also in opposition to the Galactic Centre in Sagittarius and pushes us to dive deeper into our psyche and to focus more on what is truly important in our life: we must ponder, reflect and be introspective. Reconnecting to Source is fundamental because it’s this connection that brings truth and direction to our existence.
The best piece of advice that I can think of for this New Moon in Gemini is to be flexible, patient and to say less. The gift of innate knowledge is developing inside us and as all wonderful things, it takes time but it’s worth it!
